Certain exceptions to Our Fees above apply:

Business and First Class Airfares - Fees are up to C$200 per passenger on all passenger type tickets.
Multi-city trips - Fees are up to C$100 per passenger on all passenger type tickets.
Multi airline trips / Cities with high fraud rates - Fees are up to C$50 per passenger on all passenger type tickets.
Foreign Origination (Originating outside US or Canada) - Fees are up to C$50 per passenger for all passenger types.

Contact Center Service Fees

Travel services booked through our contact center—including, without limitation, complex itineraries, multi-city travel, and round-the-world bookings—may be subject to higher service fees than those applied to reservations completed online. Contact center service fees generally range from C$10 to C$275 per passenger, with reduced fees of up to C$125 per passenger applicable to eligible senior citizens. Certain contact center bookings may also include premium package benefits, where applicable.

All service fees are subject to change at any time without prior notice. The final amount quoted at the time of booking shall be deemed correct and payable in full, notwithstanding any prior estimates, advertisements, or fee variations. Customers are responsible for reviewing and confirming the total final charges before completing their booking.
